Can I cancel or reschedule my photo session due to a family emergency without losing any money?

Yes, if you have a death or an unexpected illness in the family that prevent you from attending. We will gladly reschedule the session once  with no penalty. Each will be handled on a case by case basis.

What happens if I fail to appear, cancel, or request to reschedule my photo session?

All reschedule request will incur a $25 fee; however, if you cancel or fail to appear at the previously agreed upon time, your sitting fee will be forfeited.

What geographical areas do you serve?

We provide service in a 50 mile radius of Severn, Maryland ( Washington D.C., Virginia, Maryland metro). We will travel out of that area for an additional $50 fee on a case by case basis.

What fees are due in advance of the photo session?

All sitting fees are non-refundable and due in advance of scheduled photo session. Package pricing and pro lab print payment can be done once the gallery has been viewed by you.

How long will the digital images remain available online?

Galleries are hosted for one week after the edits are completed on this site, password protected. For digital prints, you will view your gallery and let me know the number that corresponds with the photograph then I will create a new gallery containing the photos you have chosen.

Do you offer a military discount?

Yes, we understand what military life is like and we are thankful for our military families, we offer a 10% discount on all services, digital downloads and prints for active duty, reserved and retired military with a valid ID.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Currently, we only accept Cash App, PayPal, cash, or personal/business check.

Are your digital images copyrighted?

Yes, each package includes copyrights and digital image files to share and print. You will be granted temporary access to a private photo gallery hosted for two weeks on this web site. Print packages are available with the purchase of a digital package and you are eligible for reduced pricing at one of our pro print lab partners.
